develop a nasty intolerant attitude to all who are not involved in the cult, hope and pray for all their deaths, call all who have left (even those who have been physically or sexually abused) 'mentally diseased' and so on.. the rare jw discussions i have with my jw these days, even he is disgusted by the trolls attitudes and how they give jah a bad name.

We should be thankful, they provide the best anti-witness available; a job everyone here wants done but no one want to do.

Besides if they were TRUE witlesses they wouldn't be here, or maybe this is a sign that even pious-sneers are now thinking D2D is a complete waste, so they've gotta get their circus time in somehow right?

according to the article on religion in norway, norway funds most religious groups.

How Did/Has the WTBTS Affected Your Social Skills?

how did/has the wtbts affected your social skills, social development, and/or how you interact with other people?

i have many questions about different social skills that i will ask either after other people post to this thread or to keep this thread active.

I am a woman in my thirties and still have a hard time doing anything social with "worldly" or non-witless people because I was told (my entire life) that they are all evil and out to get me; now I know they're not but that's some tough shight to overcome.

The same goes for interacting socially, or romantically, with men; I've been told that boys are only interested in me for one reason, FORNICATION!; and in my conned-green-nation it was frowned upon when you tried to have a friend of the opposite sex.

These two things have left me an incredibly awkward adult who has a hard time making, and trusting, friends and makes me doubt the intentions of every male I come in contact with.

I know what they thought me was flat out wrong but, when you've had something shoved down your throat for so long, it doesn't stop affecting you overnight; I view myself a constant work in progress.

you know they have that question about stars that were famous back in the day and they went from child star to porn star.. my question---regarding all the witnesses you knew from years ago, where are they now?.

these "true believers"---are they still around or are they long gone by now?.

when i think back to many of the elders that i knew, many are no longer around and those that are are ready to recieve their "reward"..
